“Raising Mom” is a comprehensive 15-month program thoughtfully designed to provide continuous support and guidance to expectant and new mothers, spanning from the third trimester of pregnancy to one year postpartum. This program, aims to empower and guide mothers on their journey to motherhood, providing them with valuable knowledge, practical tools and emotional support. The program has mums divided into cohorts where mums who are due in the same month walk the journey together.

The program aims to empower moms by offering a wide range of resources and expert-led sessions covering various aspects of motherhood.

In the 3rd trimester, Topics include;

  • breathing
  • maternal nutrition
  • preparing your home for postpartum
  • infant care
  • mental health and self care
  • fitness

In the first year, Topics include:

  • breastfeeding support
  • postpartum recovery

  • maternal nutrition
  • weaning and introduction to food month by month 6-12 months
  • baby milestones
  • fitness and getting back to strength
  • pelvic floor recovery
  • Skin care, styling your new body, make up etc

Throughout the program, moms will have access to experienced professionals, such as obstetricians, lactation consultants, pediatricians, and mental health experts, nurses, pelvic floor therapist, sleep support and fitness experts. The curriculum also includes interactive workshops, group discussions, and one-on-one consultations to address individual concerns and provide tailored advice. “Raising Mom” seeks to create a nurturing community where moms can share experiences, build friendships, and find reassurance as they navigate the beautiful and challenging journey of motherhood. By the end of the 15-month program, participants will have gained invaluable knowledge, increased confidence, and a strong support network to thrive in their roles as mothers.
