“Raising Mom” is a comprehensive 15-month program thoughtfully designed to provide continuous support and guidance to expectant and new mothers, spanning from the third trimester of pregnancy to one year postpartum. This program, aims to empower and guide mothers on their journey to motherhood, providing them with valuable knowledge, practical tools and emotional support. The program has mums divided into cohorts where mums who are due in the same month walk the journey together.

The program aims to empower moms by offering a wide range of resources and expert-led sessions covering various aspects of motherhood.

Pump Like a Pro” is a specialized two-week class designed for moms to master the art of breastfeeding and using breast pumps effectively. In this class, moms will learn essential techniques and strategies to ensure successful breastfeeding, proper latch, and milk production. They will also gain hands-on experience with different types of breast pumps, understanding how to choose the right one for their needs and how to use them efficiently. The class will be led by experienced lactation consultants who provide personalized guidance and support, empowering moms to pump breast milk confidently and comfortably. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to navigate their breastfeeding journey with ease and convenience.
