The Weekend Project: 2 Ingredient Banana Oat Cookies

Is there anything better than quick, easy, tasty and healthy recipes? Something that indulges your sweet tooth while still giving you some vitamins and fiber? Something that the kids will have fun making? something that’s cheap too and you probably already have the ingredients in your house?
These cookies are super easy to make. Kids always have fun making them. It makes an amazing lunch box snack, a good activity to make your kid do on his own. This is just a winner. 2 ingredients Oats and banana with endless possibilities on flavours; vanilla, cinnamon, choc chip, nuts anything you want you can add in.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 bananas
- flavourings of your choice (chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla, nuts, etc)
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
Put the oats and banana in a bowl and mash in the bananas using a fork. It doesn't need to be super smooth. At this point you are done.
If you are adding flavouring mix them in at this point.
Shape into small cookies and place in a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 mins
Eat on the same day. They keep for 3 days but always best on the same day.
Cost 1 cup oats 60 2 bananas 20 Ksh 80 for 14 cookies. Ksh 20 per serving of 3 to 4 cookies
