What does your birth not going to plan mean?
We hope that you are reminded that mama, you and your body did not fail.
We know how quickly we can blame ourselves for what we could or couldn’t do in birth, and how easy it is to pick apart our birth stories. We also know the deep belly ache of longing that can be present when our birth plans didn’t go as we had always planned or dreamed.
You and your body did the absolute best it could. You are worthy of love and compassion. You are still a GOOD mother, and you are a survivor.
