Herbed Yoghurt dressing

Lamb chops- Kenyan lamb-Kenyan food- Kenyan food blog-African food blogger-Kenyan food blogger-african food blogger- lamb chops-African Kaya-herbed yoghurt dip-kenyan yoghurt-Kenyan natural yoghurt-Natural yoghurt recipe-yoghurt recipeI told you in the Basil and Mint lamb  about how I discovered lamb as a student in Aussie. To be honest I owe the development of my palette to my time in Australia. So even this combination of lamb and herbs with yoghurt I got around the same time.

I actually remember the first time I had this combination. We had gone for dinner at my pal’s, Alma’s house, she was new in town and I remember her house had a red accent wall. We were a bunch of friends, it was a great night with drinks and great conversations. Alma served bitings and one of them was lamb strips in a youghurt sauce, it was served cold and I loved it. I bet she doesn’t remember the night or the dish but it left a lasting impressing, I hope this sauce does the same to you. Make sure to serve it over the Basil and Mint lamb chops.
